Tax Deductible Donations

 

ORMTA Branches are now permitted to issue Charitable Receipts for monetary donations to scholarship funds. In order to qualify for such a Charitable Receipt, donations (for amounts of $20 or more) should be made preferably via cheque clearly marked "Donation to Scholarship Funds" (indicating the donor's full name and address, including e-mail address) or via Interac E-transfer with the same notation and indication of to whom the receipt is to be made out.

If anyone should wish to make a CASH donation at the Scholarship Recitals, it should be placed in a sealed envelope in the donation bowl with all information completed as above. Incomplete information will result in no Tax Deductible receipt being made available.
